The youth of our Country has tremendous power of influence and creativity besides the senior & retired citizens having profound experience. Given the insight and motivation, both of them together are capable of bringing huge change in the society. A right direction is enough to ignite them to get engaged with the Society to bring positive transformation.
Given that direction and motivation they can bring real changes in our country. The idea of this Programme arose out of this belief.
CONCEPT OF THIS PROGRAMME:
Youths of our country are full of creativity, vitality & potentiality. Due to the most vital concern of unemployment and other reasons, a major part of them are not directional and diverted from social stream, especially in rural areas without right guidance and opportunity. Just a right spark of opportunity is enough to ignite them to engage in bringing positive changes in the society. With this belief, the concept of this programme emerged to engage them for social change.
PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAMME:
The purpose of this programme primarily aims at:
- Understand the key problems of unemployment of the youths & opportunities around them.
- Employment generation.
- Develop and upgrade rural life.
- Engage the youth in social activities.
- Re-engage the retired & senior citizens & utilize their experiences to shape the youth as well as our society.
- Provide health assistance in urgency.
- Creating awareness about environment.
- Upliftment of the Indian culture.

- To conserve the Nature.
- To motivate individual to be voluntary Blood Donor and ensure availability of Blood to those in need.
- To bring communities together to help individual build strength, stability and self-reliance.
