Banyan Tree

This project is to plant and revive our National Tree to fill our Environment with oxygenated air and maintain ecological balance.
The Banyan Tree holds a deep symbolic significance in Indian mythology and spirituality. It is also considered a symbol of immortality. Most of all is that it is our National Tree.
A single mature banyan tree can absorb CO2 at a rate of 2268 kilograms per year and release enough oxygen back to the atmosphere to support two citizens.
Thus, Plantation of our National Tree will not only contribute to the Environment but also uplift the heritage and culture of our Nation.
